We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation E-mail with details of your order & receive an confirmation call from our customer services department. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order.

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs-5000/.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped on same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 5:00 pm will be dispatched on next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest. 
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it important that you notify us immediately. If you would like to cancel an order, please send an order cancellation request to Sabbskin Customer Services at Distribution@sabbskin.com / Callor Whats App us at +92 322 7171360.
Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
