Sabbskin has 15 days of refund or replace policy if any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. Your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or replace under the following conditions:
- Products must be sent back within 07 days from original receipt of goods.
- Customer needs to file a complaint within 6 hours of delivery.
- Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
THIS IS HOW YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM:
- Contact us at Distribution@sabbskin.com or leave us a message on our What's App 0322-7171360Or Send the goods back at our warehouse Office no 01, 2nd Floor, Building No243- PIA Main Boulevard road, Lahore. Mention the reason for returning the item. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being returned.
- Once we receive your message and accept your return & replacement.
- We can arrange the reverse pick up from your given address only if we found that we sent faulty or damaged product otherwise, you should have to send the item back at your own to our address with its original packaging and seal intact.
- We will send you a Voucher code or Refund on your request of the same amount as your returning item.
- You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
NOTE : COURIER CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
