Sorry, currently, we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In the future, if we offer such a service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end. Our usual order delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not apply to a specific logistics partner. You would see an option to cancel within the ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu of your Brands River Website/App, then select the item or order you want to cancel. If you cannot cancel the order from the ‘My Orders’ section, you can refuse it at delivery time.
You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status as long as the cancel option is available on our Website/App. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

The number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pick up your product. The product will be picked up anywhere between 15 working days.
If you selected Cash on Delivery, there is no refundable amount because you still need to pay for your order. In case you need more information regarding our returns & refund policy, you can check Brands River Refund Policy.
This may have happened if the item you have returned is used, damaged, or original tags or Maximum Retail Price tags need to be included. Suppose you need to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item. In that case, you shall continue to be ineligible for a refund.
